Not disputing this but it will be surprising for me if this was true. The 15202 is 39mm and the 15500 is 41mm. Both have a tapering bracelet which starts the same as the width of the midcase and tapers down to the clasp, and the clasp is wider in the 15500, and it has a thicker bracelet too (that’s besides the point)

The crown of the 15202 looks to be thicker but that could be because of perspective VS the rest of the watch. So I’m merely curious how the 15202 could be wider than the 15500 at its widest point. I’m not challenging this but I’ll just like to see it for myself and learn a new fact.

I'm just going by what was said in this video which compares the 15500 and 15202. Check out 7:50.

Even with this the 15202 probably still looks better on a smaller wrist.

Thanks RonP I’m going to look at it myself and see what it’s all about.

The dial of the 15500 looks soooo clean. Prefer this model above the other one.

It's personal preference, I thought I liked the barren 6 O'clock part of the dial. But to me it's far too sterile. The 15202 / 15400 have more symmetry and more character to me, but it's all completely subjective. Your mileage may vary!

I’ve already accepted this watch from Geek as you can see from the shipping label. It’s on the way.

I was worried about the DW not being centered from top to bottom, and it looks like it’s touching the Top of the DW window.

however I posted to redditQC and a member there said it was fine. But I’m second guessing myself.

What do you guys think?

The datewheel may be able to be centered a little better, but this will depend whether it is an alignment or printing issue.
Alignment isn't too bad, don't worry. Your marker at 15 is fine.

Gotcha thank you legend. I’ll probably send it to you for the pizza mod and maybe the DW can be centered a little better. Or maybe there are some gen DWs floating around.

I wasn't aware that the ZF AP 15500 could use the pizza mod, the ZF AP 15202 could definitely use it.

I think ZF has updated the 15500. V3?

The dial is much better now. This is from a QC I rejected for other reasons btw.

nice that looks like a very nice improvement! I have the V2 dial and I do like the matte shade of blue but the more "sunbursty" dial looks awesome :) I had the chance to try the gen one and the sunburst blue ist just a pure stunner!

Hello, I'm thinking of buying a 15500 black dial soon, but I can't decide which one is the most genlike today. For you, what is the best factory that offered it? Thank you in advance.

ZF 15500 Black is the best choice.
