Holy moly that dial is amazing. Even with a close up photo it resembles the gen much closer than any other 15400 rep out there.

My only gripe is that these factories still can't make bezel screws that are centered? Half the screws have off centered lines.

The dial is so crisp. Everything from the hour markers, the printing, and the dial color is a step forward. The thickness is also incredible, no need for a caliper, it is evident how much thinner this watch is compared to JF.

Base on you mention about the bezel screw. I did notice that the space between each screw is not equally.

Maybe the factories are all getting their bezel screws from the same source. If they can perfect every part of a rep surely they can make some proper bezel screws.

This is a great release. Too bad they didn't release the white dial which is my favorite.
I just wonder XF has the quick date change mod in their new 15202 and wonder why other factories aren't pulling trigger on their 15400 release the quick date change function...
obviously it can be done in a 8.5mm thickness.

I agree, unfortunately the bezel screws are not optimally placed.

They are not 100% centered on gen guys. It's not like the XF 15202 version were the screws are almost fallen out of the bezel :D ZF replicate the gen 2019 version and they look spot on in my opinion.

2019 gen look how the 12 o'clock screws are not centered.

ZF looks a “richer” blue then the JF blue dial and I believe new gen blue is again a different blue to former blue dials,,
it would seem ZF nailed the newest blue dial and JF the previous,,,

So I have a few questions regarding the QC photos of my zf 15400...At first, the obvious issue was the bezel screw at 11:00 being totally wrong. Brought it to my TD's attention and the next morning I get another photo of them saying "they corrected it" - which tells me they likely took a tiny screw driver and turned it to make it even with the 1:00 screw. Should I be hesitant about accepting that? It appears to sit flush like the other screws but cant be too sure with the photos...

Next...does the 12:00 markers look misaligned to anyone or is that maybe the angle of the photo? I know I can have it adjusted if I get a AR crystal installed, but not sure if that will be required with the zf 15400's or not.

Happy Thanksgiving watch fam!
