I'm still having trouble finding a decent bronze buckle for this that isn't way expensive. Anyone have any leads? I checked eBay. There are a few that are "bronze" but won't patina. There are also some shaped/stamped ones but they are more in the $60-80 range

Here's a few shots of mine. This was my vote for Rep of the Year as far as accuracy, quality, build and over performance.
Since received from Ken (chazingtime) timekeeping has been perfect +/- 3 secs a day. Natural patina has been developing nicely.
I got it waterproofed and took the watch to a week long vacation in Hawaii which involved hiking, snorkeling and swimming and its bulletproof.
I love this watch.

That looks fantastic! I've never owned a bronze watch and honestly don't know if I'd apreciate patina but man is that a beautiful watch!

Just out of curiosity, how much did it cost you to have it waterproofed?

I tried a few ones at AD and I prefered the 48 mm. GMT. Does any know if the 48 mm is in the making?

Guys how good / acurate are the 23J cheap with mineral glass...? I want them for friend of mine, not for me, who is willing to spend 200 bucks max... thank you for your advice.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I just go mine a week ago and was wondering how to change the strap on this watch. I noticed there are screws on the lug and was wondering if you loosened those or not to change out the strap? Thanks for the help.

Just received the KW version this past week
Super smooth transaction with Sead, as usual. Fast delivery and a lovely piece.
Highly recommended.

Great wristies. Though this appears to be a large timepiece, it seems to sit nicely on different sized wrists. Keen to see some full forearm wristies with wrist size - I'm still months away from being able to order mine. Tell you what though guys - I'd LOVE to have a large copy of the watch caseback on my office wall. It's art!

Someone mentioned they hoped to get a 'bronze' buckle. Isn't the gen stainless with a star?

By the way, I'm a bit of a dandy who dresses in retro gear from time to time. Vests. Braces. Etc. this watch will be a perfect compliment.
