I have my v2 in hand now. I can try to take some good quality pictures later today or more likely tomorrow.

Thickness is 8.60mm as measured with digital callipers.

The case is good, especially the bezel screws, but you can see this clearly in the QC pics. A few sharp edges in places such as the cutout for the first link. The lume difference is very slight, seems to be improved based on some v1 pics that I've seen but definitely still there if you go looking for it.

The main thing for me, which took me a little while to spot but seems consistent across all the QC pics being shared by other people is that the dial tapisserie is not consistent depth across the the whole face. The top right hand side where the 1, 2 indices are is full depth and it fades to be quite shallow across the dial diagonally to the 7 and 8. In QC I thought it was due to the angle of the photo and lighting but it's not and once you see it you'll spot it in all the other photos being shared. Sorry if this spoils this for other people! You do have to inspect the dial very closely (and have good eye sight) to see it but it's there.

All in all, a very nice watch. For me, I'd take the improved bezel screws over the dial depth thing.

When you say lume difference are you talking about charged or uncharged? To ask the question in a different way, is there a noticeable difference in the lume between the hands and the hour markers when charged?

My accepted QC for reference also (v2)

Was a little worried about the dial print but seems it was just the light.

Lume, hour markers and screws seem fine to my eyes.

Really hope they fixed the AR coating on V2. The first version has a blue tint to it. Can anyone confirm V2 is colorless?

Here are some photos.

They're both in natural light on an overcast day and taken using the 2x camera on my iPhone. It's macro enough that I can't see ALL of this detail with the naked eye, but the two things mentioned below are noticeable, especially if you know what to look for.

The one in direct light shows that the height of the tapisserie and how pronounced and detailed each square is fades towards the bottom left of the dial. It's at its worse around the outside edge of the 7 and 8 markers. In my QC pics (which I also shared) I thought it was due to being out of focus nearest the camera but it's not.

The slightly darker photo is in natural light but out of direct sunlight, this shows the lume color. The lume looks fine when charged and in a dark room but you can see there's still a slight yellow tint to the dial markers in daylight, whereas the hands are white. Honestly, if there weren't hundreds of comments about hand vs dial lume in this thread I wouldn't even mention it, but since it's a hot topic I'll say it's there but really minor.
