On my opinion if we think at the price difference is a is a stunning watch!
My watchsmith did a service to a gen perpetual 25820 and he gave me the chance to take a photo of the two watches side by side... of course they are two different watches but they have the same size case!

Yes of course, you are right, but on my opinion this is a wery sad news for watch lovers like me!
The constant rise of prices in some watches is only because the 'investors' are buying that watches for 'investor-porpouses' and not because they love watches!
Probably they are not even interested in what they had bought, they joust buy and save!
At the opposite, love watches and not the value they have!

Yes, this is quite true. I also happen to know some people who love watches but will only buy models that appreciate rather than those they really like. For example, someone likes a white dial 5711 but goes for the blue because that's what everyone else is buying.
that really what the "hot" watch market is at the moment and it is a petty for real passionate people like us, you're right...
Can just somebody make a REAL GEN VS REP post ?

Go ahead, order the watch and just "send him your rep" for the comparison...

But I guess I will just say it again in case you didn't understand the first time, go ahead and buy the rep and send it to a gen owner to make a comparison. Or do you just think you can come on here with zero contributions (10 posts) and just tell other members to do the hard work for you??
And btw, there is no bezel issue.

I think we are all too fussy. Just buy the rep, do a proper QC, shave the hand pinion (probably only mod needed) and wear the hell out of this watch, folks.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. Just ordered the XF AP 15202 from the TD here. I had given GL for the QC. I'm wondering if the screws are too close to the bezel edge? And is the DW okay? Last question, is the movement okay? The amplitude falls to 249 which is out from the acceptable range at the last second. I'm interested to hear other opinions from you guys. Please refer to the pictures and video below. Thanks.

That one screw doesn't look that bad to me to be honest, because I know at wrist distance it will not be noticeable. I am more concerned about some screws being too close to the edge, my watch does not have this issue so I would not accept this...
May I ask for expert advise for whom order XF version.

Yes, tiger mentioned something really important.
Many people always compare their rep with rendered 3D model images, which is just not realistic.
Even if you have a gen and compare it to a digitally rendered picture, then it’s still a difference in color and perfection overall.
That is for you lor. I am still young and poor. Can only play with reps and seikowhy don't you just say: buy the gen and then there is nothing to pick on, period.
