hummmm difficult to capture the dynamism and color change and light reflection on a static image.... I think you need both watch in hands to see the difference, from what I see from Tinitonsi's thread, if it is like this in real life I would't be able to see a real difference if we accept the tiny tint variation (BTW also AP has such variation in its production)...
That said, if we consider these two dial as what rep factory are able to do, this cannot compare with gen...

And that, my friend, was my point exactly. Color perception is a subjective thing, and color variation is also equally subjective in terms of how accurate or not a dial color is.
I think it is totally meaningless to compare a rep modern 15202 dial color to a gen vintage 15202 color, when the color between the gen modern and vintage dial colors differ as well.

You would be correct. I think this order was placed right before the original owners account expired, which would've been 2-3 years ago, and even then only service dials could be purchased.

Regardless, you have a nice bundle of dials. Do you intend to sell or use them in builds? I am certain that they make for many nice frankens lol
Haha I would if I could. Unfortunately we're using the dials to convert undesirable pieces into more desirable ones, so we can make some money to cover the cost of the order. This was a very expensive purchase for us.
