(Wrong) watch shipped without QC approval :(

Hi,
some days ago I contacted Hont Watch via email because I was looking for an IWC Portuguese (7 days reserve).
Hont sent me these photos of the watch saying it was a 1:1 replica made by FF factory:

It looked pretty nice so I decided to buy it.
The same day I paid Hont via WU.

Then I asked him if I would receive QC photos before shipping. He replied: <<i can get in 2 days and then take photo show you then ship >>

Today (22-apr-2015) I received QC photos:

Front seemed ok to me but back (especially the mechanism) was really different :\
I made a comparative photo:

1 - Completely different
2 - Text
3 - Rotor seems smaller - Font size is smaller in QC
4 - Crown is different
5 - Strap is different! (seems cheaply)


So I sent him an email asking for another photo of the back.
He replied this way:
"ohh my brother already give to shipping company after quality check ohh "


Hont shipped me a WRONG WATCH without waiting for QC confirmation :\
This is my 1st rep. I'm very sad right now

I've already contacted him asking for clarification.
I'll update this post when I'll receive the watch...

Received an email from Hont:

so you need i get back the watch ? and cancel it ? just because different take photo and light different looking it is from the best factory product

Hont says it's a difference of light :\

Wrong watch arrived... I also paid 27 € (29 $) custom taxes :\
I confirm my impressions:

this is the worst watch I ever seen :\
- The strap feels like plastic. (and it doesn't bend)
- Some numbers on dial are damaged (missing paint, wrong positioning)

It seems like a 80 $ replica, not a 300 $ (+ 27 € custom taxes) one :\

I'm updating Hont via email now...

I shipped back the wrong watch. Tracking sent to Hont.

Waiting... :| It should take 6-7 days to arrive.

Hont changed his mind saying that he won't pay shipping for the watch.

He just said:

the watch it is right watch friend ,it is not wrong and it no other problem ,same as we talk before so i will not pay shipping

But we had already agreed on shipping refund! Last week he said:

"i will do refund to you ,and also pay you the shipping cost "
"sorry it is my problem ,when you get it you send to me by air mail or ems i will pay shipping "
"i will pay the shipping ok"

My answer

Did I confirm your QC and the intention to accept what I would received?
No, so how can you tell me nothing is wrong with the watch compared to the QC?


Watch is COMPLETELY different from the sample picture you sent me!
Why we are discussing again about this?


You already admitted your fault and you promised me a complete refund (with return shipping).
I shipped the watch back to you as agreed.


I am still waiting for your clear intention to fully refund, as I have already contacted RWI moderators.

definitely a different watch. the crown is completely different. and the dial fonts are too. a lot of differences. Hopefully just a mistake that Hont will sort out for you. Keep us posted.

Hont, is ok for me if you just pay me watch cost + shipping . I told you.

I know that custom taxes are out of your control so doesn't matter if you don't refund them to me.
You agreed about watch + return shipping refund (= 345 $) and then you changed your mind...

I can accept WU for receiving the payment.

Hont, I told you to make me a refund via WU, not via paypal.
Paypal just made me pay 20 $ taxes on payment + crazy convertion rates.

But...it's ok :\ Let's end this story.
