You should get about 3k Sin Dollar. Then you can top it up to get the Breitz. Both Breitz and PAMs will generate presence. Breitling is due too its ultra shiny features and PAMs due to its look and size. Hmmm.. Seamaster Chrono is a good watch. Although it's already repped, the genuine has the quality that can't be matched by the rep. I learn it when modding my own PO 4th gen. No matter how many genuine parts it has, a rep will still be a rep.

i so agree..i ended up getting the gen chrono avenger even tho i've a swiss 7750 put in, etc etc..the gen is just sooo much better! the SMPC gen uses a different grade of steel compared to the rep and is much heavier and a lot shinier..
i think i can only get abt 2k sgd MAX..the smpc doesn't hold its value well..i'm waiting for the new co-axial smpc to be released and see if the old smpc will become collectable or not before deciding whether to move it..

Indeed Klink. Not many people have seen the genuine vintage PAM anyway. For realism, enzo's stuff will easily pass the test (especially those with Angelus movement). I, for real, have not seen or touch one either.
I'd stick to the basic... Don't think I can carry off with a rare model. Am a simple guy who's willing to spare a little more for a basic PAM (even if it's a gen).

I guess I am a bit late getting into this thread. You guys had a bit going on in here!! For some reason, Mozilla does not allow me to gain login access into this forum. Anyhow, I am all up for a GTG. My reps collection has shrunk by a great deal but I still have bits and pieces here and there. And cant wait to check out y'all collection... def. gonna see azgjav's mods!
Well, unfortunately, my Gen 187 is about to look for a new home. Another PAM has caught my eye. It seems like the 187 has been sitting in my box for a long while and I want to have a watch I can wear everyday ... so a 44mm is in order! Not that 47mm is too small for my 6.35 inch wrist! I am about 1.76m give or take about 72-73kg. I have a girl's wrist but that doesnt deter me from plunging in for a 47mm. So I say go for the 127! I am keen on getting EL's best 1950 and mod with DSN's AR glass. We'll see. Come to think of it, I am so gonna miss my fav. monster watch... *sobs*
Oh and for the GTG, we could go watch window shopping and check out some badass timepieces. Cant wait.
For now, I have my bloody exams to handle.... 2 big ones and an OSCE! ARGH. #@$%^&@#$%^&@#$%

well, i'll get whichever rep which catches my eye, don't really care abt whether is it believable or not cause i'll be telling pple that i wear repanerais, the gens are way overpriced imho. wld rather go for gen breitlings, value for money and have the looks and heft which i love..
my modded reps? ~sure..will try to bring most of em back to sg..might not have enough luggage space to bring all of em! i say we do lunch, have a photoshoot and window shopping!!
