Why some people don’t reply the posts?

All people in the forum are asking questions about matters or subjects they are interested in.

Some members, kindly, spend 5-10-15-20 minutes, or more sometimes, preparing a helpful reply with links, pictures, references, informations, advices… :thinking:

But sometimes (a lot?) we have not reply from the member who asks the questions.

We are not looking for a positive reply (of course, I like it), but just a reply:

- Thanks for your reply…
- I don’t like your reply…
- That’s helpful…
- I don’t agree…
- IMO you must learn more about this matter...
- I didn't expect such a bad/good explanation...
- Please, send me more information….
- You are wrong…
- You are right…
- What do you think about the…?
- .......................

It is very disappointing to see your elaborate post finishing the thread without reply.
That produce a very unpleasant sensation.

Leaving a post without reply is a discourtesy

Please reply the posts which are answering your questions !!

I hope we all members bear it in mind !!

How about where I live there is a thing called freedom of expression and opinion, and while frustrating that people may read you post and not reply, they certainly are not obligated to chime in.

But I agree with for the sole reason of making this and opportunity to up one the post whoring glws by posting on every topic one word:

In my defense or case, I am still learning and cannot possibly answer technical questions. Next best thing is to read the post and hopefully learn from it and move on.

Sorry for my English, you can see easily I’m not native English. Therefore, some nuances of my sentences perhaps will not correct. Please excuse me and understand my situation, and try understand what I want to say.

Firstly, I like your posts and your rebellious and independent character.
But, could you be less cryptic or hieroglyphic?
