OK, enough with the puns. Keep pinging her from time to time (but don't fill her up her inbox with 5 messages per day), go to her TD section and complain there. Highest chances that she'll see it. I don't believe she frequents the new members area much. She'll eventually get to completing your order. But you really picked the worst possible TD for speed priority. By a long shot... She has other qualities like an extremely accommodating QC service. Like it was said above: it's a TD for the experienced hardcore connoisseur, less for newbies.

Very true! Ive read that it's not part of rolex's QC. IMO with how close some of these reps are getting i don't think it makes sense to go gen.

)...I'm glad this thread mentioned that Lucy, while a very detail minded TD, is not for everyone. Patience is certainly important, and more so with her. I just don;t have enough patience for her. Personal issues aside, life happens, for me personally there are other TDs that seem to provide excellent service in under a year.While I respect Lucy and her skill, I would not recommend her to someone new. She would drive him crazy with the wait...

OP, I understand that you want to minimize your risks but this is an answer you will have to find yourself over time through multiple purchases.
