Personally I liked the theme over here that seemed to exist when I first arrived on the site.
Huh, you might ask... I dun remember no theme here. You mean like dark background???
I'm referring to the unrestrained posting of, shall we say, tributes to the female form... Now that was eyecandy...
Seems like we had to take a sensitivity training course after a bunch of women arrived and started posting frequently on the forum -- which of course is never a bad thing and was worth the restraint.

I can vouch for the bannings first hand. I think I have the dubious distinction of being the first of many. But apparently, I'm not even worth the time to do a proper ban. I can still log on and see all the fancy, shiny threads that are dangling in front of me like chocolate covered bon-bons, but when I try to click on any of the threads, I get an error message.
So how will I be able to compliment the Admin of RG or say what great service I got from Jandrew anymore? I've got so much left to give! I promise I'll restrict my posts only to "nice watch!!" and "+10,000!!!!" from now on! Please just let me back! I'll be good!

Just spent a good 20 or so pages on google image looking for a pic of a lady wearing a watch or.. a watch in a pic with a good lookin lady..
I..... must be using the wrong search terms... they were all good looking ladies.. but well there was no watch anywhere I could see.. and um.. no pockets to hide em in either..

Look guys.. I feel the need to say something..
Dont go down a tasteless road, one laced with insults and indecency. If you were banned for asking something or trying to bring something to light.. that is one thing.. but if you were deviating from pointing out facts... well.. dont get upset if there were bans issued (obviously you should have had to be way way over the top to get banned.. but you get my drift right).
I'm sure I'm not the most popular person .... never have been.. but facts and evidence are just that.. stick to it and dont lower yourself to tasteless comments. (I'm not saying that happened, I think our members are of the utmost in taste and civility (with a couple of exceptions [s:2k8f2pmm]sub4me seanf[/s:2k8f2pmm] umm... yeah)
I hope I can live by my own advice ... I have a lot of pent up aggression over the last couple years... :lol:
Excuses are easy to come buy and things are easily dismissed... that is why facts are presented to membership which allows them to review things for themselves.. I know all about excuses.. I hear them from my wife.. and I have books of them myself, not hard to create.
To instigate is to not show class, we are all better than that.. keep to facts and issues at hand.. dont get consumed by the chase... it is not worth it.

D4M, since I do not have a real job, I was able to follow this in real time and I saw most of the posts as they happened and disappeared. There was none of the outright insults that we suffer from the likes of Dave123. It was almost all nothing more than people asking why the post Sean placed on RG was missing. Mine was civil but pointed, certainly very tame by Darkside standards. This is just Gestapo tactics. James is just tired of running around his forum stamping out fires. Trying to prevent the rank and file from reading anything derogatory. I probably would not have been banned if I had stuck to "Nice Watch"!
Its real, it happening. And no one has deserved a ban. I am quite surprised that after my comment to TTK that I am not. Must have been a low level mod that saw my post. It did nothing but point out facts. And was not even directed at RG, but at TTK. I did loose my VIP tag though.

Wow, I really need to stop working so much. I cant believe I have missed almost 2 days of this. I say screw em'. We have everything we need here on this board.
