Does anyone know if there’s a certain way to adjust the date/month/day of week/moon phase? Like should I have the crown pulled out and the time set to be 6:45 am for safety? Or that doesn’t matter here?

I always assumed it does not matter and it seemed to hold up fine, altho, I didn't really adjust it every other day.
