The answer to that is both Yes and No mate. i fell in love with this combo and then read the Stickys on the SOH in the Breitling section here and this latest version is no V2 but is the only one now made and still looks good on a Staib mesh, which for $100 is a great buy IMO. One of the worst things about this latest version is the bezel insert which I had changed - Lucy got me one - and it makes a big difference as its less glossy, more gen like and closer to the dial colour. As for the 46mm, I like big watches and have a 7.5" wrist so I wouldn't want the smaller versions.

I wear a different watch almost every day rotating nearly 50 (10 of which are reps) and the watch that gets most compliments is my gen Breitling Montbrillant Datora with white face. Also My TT Chronomat 44 and TT Sub /w blue face. The reps that get the most attention are my PAM 299 and my white faced VachCon Overseas, People dig the white face. I also get lots of nods from my Seiko 10th Anniversary Monster (equipped with an Anvil 5 link SS bracelet) The iridescent face has a lot of eye appeal,

Nothing gets me as many compliments as my panerai and that also includes girls who have no idea what a panerai is. I rock a 111 and everyone absolutely loves it. My IWC 3717 gets compliments from watch guys and women but that's pretty much it.

For me wearing a rolex brings the most attention, but I rarely wear one anyone because of that specific reason.

my pam 511 or any rose gold pam... or even a gold/half gold gmt master or submariner.. compliments galore! and sneaky eyes over the next table at dinner...
