I live in Italy and working very near 3 day of week to Florence.
When I decide to change the strap , I will go by a Florentine craftsman and I will make a crocodile strap for my 346. For now this is ok....

Yes both are waterproofed and work out well for swimming. The diver got a bit dark but went back to its original color when it dried out.

Mate, you can try Orloff straps. For this model have one specially wonderful looked.

Who sourced this piece for you? Could you give me there email address? Did you got this from a TD here ? One more thing...does the Crown Guard Lever Snap shut when you close it?
I got that PAM382 from a local seller. When I pick that one, there were 3 more and each one different from another: CG, Crown, Markers.
I figured out that it's a KW with non inverted Seagull.
Sorry, but I didn't understand your question about Guard Lever.
