Another favourite watch is my FC 44 mm.The case design is really great but the dial has a lot of flaws.
Index not gen like, DW cut out too small, markers in the sec counter too short, depth of the counter rings
not deep enough, dial not crisp and lume completly wrong. I do not want to say it is a bad watch, but
there is a way to make it even better. The solution is the noob dial from the dlc version. Index much better,
depth of counter better, DW cut out better, markers in sec counter have the right lenght. The lume on that
Noob dial is also not ok, so this dial got new c1 lume . Only thing now missing is a cyclop with 2.7 x magnification.
I also believe that AR makes a big differnce on this watch.

All modding done by my great friend Domi.

You forgot the AR on Lense ;) an new extra AR on Lesnse would be nice too...
Because that isn´t good too :-/
You can see it on the Pics.

The Re-Lume is on the most Watches an must! The FarEast Guyz use an strange Lume Powder.
The DayLight Color is mostley soooooo terrible.

They use mostley an mix of C1 (20%) and C3 (80%) the DayLight Lume is always Yollowish :-/

With the Re-Lume it looks really great!

Congrats to your nice 44er AP ;)

Domi did an grat Job as always :)

Like with the FC Diver, looks like the best solution is a mix-up of the same watch from different factories.
C1 has really low intensity. I mix it 60:40 with C3 too boost intensity.
On Cyclops: 2.7x cyclops intensity is what is needed, eh? I have got to test that...

Just a thought. I've always hoped, maybe just once in a while , Noob and the J12 Factory could both join hands in making one of our 'super reps' ... I'm sure even if it costs us more as long as we're getting a piece that will hardly need any mods, that would be amazing.... I was just dreaming there loool .....

Looks amazing.

oh, so the noob dial is better.
I thought I read that the j12 dial on the FC was better compared to noob's 44'mm do to sharper tapisserie. Thanks for the info!

How's the dial on the 44mm panada?

trying to figure out which 44mm roo to get. I was leaning toward the FC. So, Panda seems to be a good one also? Read the RG versions are off color?

Looks great, Guru

FYI there was an early batch of 44 FC ROOs that have basically the same dial as the J12 rep, the factory likely used that one for its sample. Most 44 FC ROOs have a revised dial, which more closely resembles the one in the Noob DLC.

Yes, what Heisenberg and guru have said is correct. It seems that the factories are buying early production gen models for their reproduction efforts. AP is making modifications in the middle of their production cycle resulting in a variety of little differences between the same ten model. But our reps are usually referenced to the earliest models. Some might want to mod their reps to correspond to a later production unit. But it seems like J12 is doing a fantastic job with simulating the early gens they buy. I hope they keep it up.

Thanks E. for explaining. So its all good for the J12 FC roo, its just based on the early batch of FC roo's.

Anyone got one they want to let go? :)

I thought the tachy on these reps don't have the correct font.

Maybe that's only true for on version and not the other.

Honestly this rep is so amazingly close on the face.
