Hi there, 55mm case size. Here are pics from the master himself. Will take some more pics later on for you. It has a serviced Molnija movement installed. A great piece, I have a weak spot for Egi's and this one here is superb.

I think I need another PAM...

I've always admired that watch although with my tiny wrists I could never pull it off ... a quick question that maybe you could answer: I have often seen the "74" on pam straps ..what is the significance of that?
It couldn't be just the strap size ... could it ?
