026k on pvd nato! I've been having an issue with resistive/uneven winding, anyone know the cause? Maybe keyless?

You know, I'm having the same issue with a new 360. Have had this problem before. Most times, the keyless isn't tight enough. Not the problem with the 360 though. sometimes, the click is loose. Again, not the case with the 360 I have here.
Other times, it can be a crown stem that is worn. Or wrong length.
What have you checked so far?
