Sent him my TW sub mid oct 2011 for crystal swap, he said should be done in a week. Item received 1st week of nov. Zero communication since after several emails about the crystal swap.

Thing is, his address is only 30mins away from me. :/

From what I understand he has a brother. How about tracking his IP and finding his address to get in touch with his family member(s) to have a better understanding on taka's situation? Is that a viable option?

Well first of all lets hope he is ok and then we will figure everything out...

I just found out this thread. I sent two of my watches to Taka (Top Gun & RG 3717) on 4/10/11 and he confirmed receipt on 7/10/11 and estimated completion to be 1-2 weeks. As of today, I have not gotten back my watches. Communication with him was still ok between Oct and Nov.

On 3/12/11 he said my Top Gun was ready and would mail it to me first, I emailed him my address promptly. I have not received anything or heard from him since. I have met Taka before and he's a friendly chap. I do not mind waiting as I know this is not his main business, but I would appreciate better communication from him.

I have dropped off watches at Taka's address and it does not seem to be his office, I remembered he told me that he just collects the watches from there.

He has a life and a job but will no doubt get over there ASAP.
