Out of curiosity how is this guy still posting on rep forums after scamming several members. In addition we never as far as I know had a resolution here. In fact he never even ended up in the brig, or did he?

I don't think he has been back here. Its just rep geeks. When I saw Junbugs post I though no way. Then I saw and its his account. But the last time he posted prior was in the summer. SMH. They should ban him across the boards.

He was actually nice. He said that he will make up for what happen and wait until I hear his story before I judge him. He needs some time but he said he will pay everyone back. We will see. I will love to know what happen. In 1000 years I wouldnt have expected what happen to happen. Hope he gets in touch with the admin here and does what he said he will do.
I just want to make one thing clear...mitchbaria and rudy40 are different people. Mitch tried to help Rudy several years ago when he was down on his luck. Mitch gave him a job and Rudy stayed at his house during the week. I believe Rudy burned this bridge as well.

No @Subjeff, its Rudy40. We are going back and forth on PMing. He is saying that he is trying to make everything right. He said that he gave the watches to someone to ship and the guy screwed him over. He was in the hospital and was to sick and broke. He gave the guy the password for his PayPal and the guy ripped him off. I am not saying I believe him but I am happy that he isn't dead and is trying to make things right. If he can refund J__ and the other guy for the watches, that would be a start.
I told him that it will be a hard thing to come back from. But we are a large family here. I learned a lot from his knowledge. Being a big family we have to learn to forgive. If he does do what he saids he will do, I will give him another chance.

I don't know. I know he told me years ago he had cancer. He was doing Chemo. Wasn't someone in contact with him and lived by him and they use to hang out? I forgot who it was but I don't think they didnt say he was sick.
Who knows anyway. I hope he is well. I hope he pays back the two guys he took money from. All I am saying is if he does that, I would give him another chance. I won't buy anything from him....LOL but he was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff and I learned a lot from him.
