TAG Monaco watch has arrived! It does not say "Calibre 12" on it like the photo. This is a quartz watch. It also requires turning manually all the way to get the date correct. The band is a typical cheap rep band.... I definitely dont like it and the clasp is just OK. I will change the strap to something much nicer eventually. I definitely LIKE the watch for $66 USD and for only $20 more I got it in 2 days. I cannot complain.

The seller has been on DHgate for 7 years with tons of great reviews.

I'm pretty sure it's fake invoice. I believe they do this rather often to avoid customs risks.

Ive seen all sorts of descriptions listed.... "clock", "paper weight" and even "ticking device". Clock is true, paper weight would be true if it didnt work and a "ticking device" doesnt sound like something I would want to mess with!

The cheap watch band smells something like a cherry flavored transmission fluid. Not a biggie... excited to replace it and I think I will like that watch even more. The design is really growing on me as I wear it.

Hahaha we used to tell rooks to find the keys to the oar locks on our rowing boats.. (There is none... And smart ones would google oar lock keys and figure out we were making a joke.. And some would come back with some funny come backs. Other kids would be gone for hours.. Ivy Leaguers aren't as smart as you'd think [emoji23][emoji23])

Waxed jackets need to be treated otherwise they lose their waterproof properties. I guess it's a British thing...

I've been examining a lot of different pics on ali and dhgate and it seems like there are two different versions out there, the one you bought on ali seems to have a more correct looking bezel so i'm gonna go with that one. I don't really care if they other one has a better more correct clasp since the problems with the bezel are so obvious.
I wonder how the black ones (no version without the green glass) for 100$ measure up, since i actually prefer that design.

I'm glad it's not just me who thought that about the bezel! The seller I got mine from did the black one as well.
