I have looked all over at Omega Bonds and PO's, and then IWC's and the like looking for homages. What finally pushed me over the edge was the search for a series of watches that generally aren't repped with a handful of exceptions.

Jaeger LeCoultre Master Comressor series - Master Compressor Diving Chrono (recently pics were posted of this watch elsewhere on the forum) MC chronograph, and the Extreme World Chronograph.

Here's the chrono...only pic I had readily available.

Tar on toe
I fell in love with the Panerai Ferrari watch series 2 years ago and started saving money for it. A friend of mine told me the replica watch was pretty spot on to the real thing. I started to google search and came across RWI.

joined as a member and lo and behold a panerai ferrari 008 came up on sale. I had read that this was the most accurate panerai ferrari out there. I prompted pm'ed the seller and now it is in my possession.

Went to a jeweller today to look at straps and he commented on my watch. Wanted to know where I got it from.

Now, I am looking at a mont blanc timewalker, breitling flying B, DSSD, Rollie GMT, Tag Heuer Grand Carrera and the new PAM 288. The list is starting to go as my new obsession.

Purchased 3 watches in a day from some great members here. Will enjoy these for a while until I start the search for the Flying B.

A big thanks to RWI for saving me a boatload of money and being able to learn about this new found passion.

For me it was the Breitling Bentley. I lost interest in Breitlings soon after and picked up the Pam virus.

I saw a Breitling Emergency when I was in my teens...
Bought a terrible Breitling rep in down-town LA when I graduated high school...
Bought a Cartier Roadster from a fella that frequented the Far East
Got ripped off buying a Rolex Explorer from a non-trusted site
Came here looking for an AP RO Perpetual Calendar (which isn't avilable as a rep)...

Easy. My grandfather has a subscription to New Scientist magazine and started giving me his magazines when he'd finished reading them. Rolex advertises with New Scientist and one day I got that week's edition from him and the full page ad on the back of the magazine was the Rolex Milgauss GV. I fell in love with the lightning bolt hand and here we are, I'm on RWI, I've done a monumental amount of research and I'm currently waiting for my Mastercard to arrive in the mail (I hadn't bothered to order a credit card before, but the Puretime's Paypal is down so I needed to get one) so I can order a replica Rolex Milgauss with the black dial because the GV replica is extremely sub par in my opinion, with an Asian ETA-2836 movement, and I have a list of other wanted replica's now as well, chief among which are the black bezel Planet Ocean and black face rose gold Breguet Type XX. I think I'm addicted :(

Damn you grandpa with your New Scientist generosity! You've cost me so much money and an addiction!

I was out shopping in Lausanne (Switzerland) when I walked into a Breitling store. It was a fantastic visit and I got amazing service. When I excited the store I made up my mind. One day Il go back and purchase the Breitling B01 from that store.

After some days I started to google search since I could not get the watch out of my head. Suddently I found this forum and a week later I orderd my first rep from Puretime. It was a BCE (that now needs a service). I recently bought my second rep. its a Rolex DSSD from Hont.

I know, when I first started I was just curious about a watch I had seen in a magazine. Then I found this forum, and now I have over $1000 worth of replica watches on my wish list for next year :(

I was at a watch show in N.Y. and struck up a conversation with a gent at the Hublot counter. He was wearing a H skeleton tourby. I was stunned when he pulled me to a corner and told me it was a rep!! I went online and found RWI. I never got that gents name, but if you read this thank you. 3 reps and counting!!!

I once worked for a company with an international management team. All of the italians wore Panerai watches, whereas the others wore Rolexes.. I got interested by the brand, checked Google to see if reps were available so I found this place.

Around that time, the PAM236 replica was released. It apparently was of a never seen before quality so I decided to get one. I checked with all of the TD's in here, finally decided to go with Lay and the rest is history. It takes a LOT of discipline not to let myself go buying reps, but thanks to this place, I get to compare details before I pull the trigger.
