What tool do you need to adjust Nautilus bracelet?

Recieved mine today. Already had an RG Nauti before which was screw-based.
The PF one is a pin-based bracelet. Oh boy that was some pain in the ***

You need some kind of pin pushing tool. That worked for me best. After 30 minutes :-D
