Contact your seller. I had the same pin problem with my Nautilus chronograph and the seller sent me the missing hollow sleeves. I say sleeves as i thought there would be one longer sleeve (similar to the hollow sleeve that comes out when you remove a link) but it ended up being 2 smaller sleeve that fit into the middle link that attaches to the case.
