Is anyone able to give me a rough estimation of how much it would cost to have double AR done to a 5711?

Regarding AR for the 5711, the coating itself is $90 US and the work with taking it out and mounting the crystal back after, I don't know but talk to @rnrprof about that, he is the one that can answer that and turn to about getting it coated, if you want it done.
Keep in mind that the GEN is not AR coated if you is after the GEN look.

Just to contribute.
I know the pin always falls out half way. I'm sending back to factory to fix.
Btw, this is v2. Do you think it worth the money to get the v1 as upgrade for a thinner case?

Love the colour of that dial. Shame about the pin...is there a way to fix it without sending it back to China? Maybe bend the pin a little or try a larger one?

Pls ignore the dial colour. It is just an example. The dial colour is odd. Not navy, not gray. Look like brown. Also note that there is a silver flame around the date window. I hope it doesn't exist in the navy version

HI guys patek newbie here. DO you recommend a 5227 RG plated or a steel one. I'd be a fool if I don't agree that the RG version looks beautiful, but my only beef is if the plating thins out it will be awful. Please let me know your thoughts.
No experience so far but I have placed order for my 5167RG. The seller said all gold plate will eventually fade out. 2-3 yrs if you luck and handle with care
