Thanks mate, and cheap as chips on the gate too, with many variations of color to choose from. The crown would need to be fixed but that's about it (well of course it's far from being a close rep on all aspect)
I appreciate the "bigger" crown to be honest, the gen one seem to be very small to use !

Thanks buddy, she’s certainly a classy lady, and a complicated Patek rep in a 40mm case isn’t something you can really find so even with her flaws she is a keeper!!

It’s exquisite. It’s functional regarding all calendar functions isn’t it? The chrono is absent. But all the others functions are there, aren’t they? It’s a beautiful watch. Also the thickness is great.

What exactly are you looking for ?
If it is 5167!
5167 ZF with decorated miyota and 5167 3KF with 324 clone movt are good.
Next time better go through the threads and make a little of reading bro!

So I think the main difference is the 5227 has the officers case back? Just ordered the ZF 5227 this morning. Can’t wait

Among other things. It's a very different watch. There is a thread in the Patek section on the 5227.

Designs are very different. And 5227 is the current Calatrava, while the 5296 was discontinued some years back. The 5296 is thinner, has edges and a open caseback, while the 5227 has curved lugs, a rounded case and an officers caseback. It's a matter of preference really which you like.

I like both and think I will add a 5296 in ‘WG’. Read the whole thread on the 5227. Can’t wait to get it in hand. Also specced up a CF strap in hazelnut for it following your really helpful post on the spec you used.

Glad I could be of help buddy. The hazelnut looks good on rose gold and yellow gold watches. A Collected Man has nice options for the 5296G. A lot of inspiration there.
