Shouldn't that be easy to correct? I think if the hands are removed it can be painted blue in the central area. Like the gen.

You're welcome! I absolutely agree about the white ring; I cannot unsee that flaw. I am planning to experiment with different metallic blue paint configurations to find what might be the closest color match. Painting the base shouldn't be a difficult task since it's such a small surface area. I will keep you up to date on my progress.

I actually went to the AD to see how does a gen dial looks like, and overall the rep is stunning, the dial color is exactly the same... the only detail I saw was the bold font, but for me it is not a big deal.
