They were cheaper a few years ago, so were more affordable. Now price is about or over 2000 Eur for automatic and quartz. In good condition and with box and paipers price could be even about 3000 Eur.

Maybe because these are good watches
I'm not sure. Inflation, Bond theme might involved here or 90s vibe are back. Mine SMP was made in 2010, but design is older ofc, so these watches in good condition became more popular.
