OP is probably a young lad based on not understanding why TD would not do PayPal G&S... sounds like he's outlaying a big amount that he can't afford to 'risk' potentially losing and wanted as much protection as he could... Anyone whose been around the sun a few times would know what he's asking being declined by the TD is understandable.

I wonder what he would've posted if his first purchase was from Lucy! OP's posts would've been great drama! hahahaha

I have the complete WhatsApp communication history .
I genuinely wanted to purchase 5 watches of him thst we agreed and had been communicating for days

I've informally communicated with Elliot via WhatsApp with some noobie questions as I am looking to purchase my first rep - he's been professional. All of his payment/warranty information is on his website. It clearly states the payment methods, incl. PayPal but only for Friends/Friend - not Goods and Services as that protects him as seller (you could do a chargeback for counterfeit items, which is literally what you're purchasing)
All you have said is he asked you to use a different payment method from the original.
You really need to expand further otherwise, it's a moot point.

No issues what so ever
Paid him the way he asked (PayPal Friends and Family) You wanted Good and Services, he doent use that..
qc pictures as promised
watches sent via fedex
Dont see what was his mistake on telling what needed to be done.

If you are not happy with the way he operates, there are other TD here that you can go to.
But dont think you will find a TD that will take PP Good and Services since they take a huge risk you cancelling the transaction on them.

I could not have said it better. I only went with Elliot because of PP acceptance in the first place. Everything is smooth so far and I will exclusively use him for the future.
