I have dealt with Elliot Black (Andiot Watches) and he is a gentleman to deal with, He reply fast, he send QC Pics and Video very fast and made a fast delivery also. I am wondering if you are talking about the same Dealer !

Why is it a problem following his instructions for payment? What kind of payment he asked to you?
Luckily I hadn’t paid when he became aggressive and tried to convince not to use PayPal thst he initially recommended .

So a TD gave you instructions on how to make a payment and you didn't like Elliot's options so you come here and say he is a scammer.
Elliot who has sold many thousands of watches gave you a first time buyer advice on the safest and easiest way to follow through with the payment. You probably wanted to make your PayPal payment as Goods And Service and he refused as all the TD's do because they don't want to get scammed by the buyer doing a chargeback.
If you had a history with Elliot he would have accepted PayPal FF from you but that would take a few orders which you don't have.
He recommended I use PayPal and then later on when I wanted to pay he insisted I don’t use PayPal and became rude and aggressive

Why would you accuse a vetted and approved TD of "nearly scamming you" when all that happened was you being unhappy with the offered payment options?
Please explain yourself in a satisfactory fashion!
You may was trying to send a payment as PayPal as Goods or Service
@charliesydney The TDs on RWI are thoroughly vetted by @trailboss99. Screaming "Scam!" without any good reason and throwing around accusations of fraud is not only highly offensive to the TD, it's also the equivalent of taking a huge dump of RWI's TD vetting process.

I am very stable however as I first time buyer not comfortable someone trying to force me to use a payment option after initially they recommended I use PayPal .
I contacted Andoit watches based on the reviews they had on this site .
I may have dealt with a fraud site or maybe not however I wanted to make sure no one else is at risk and no one deserves to be abused .

The number is correct, now it's up to you to understand that any TD will never accept PP for goods and services, from un unknown member.

Who am I going to trust, no offense, a member who joined today, less than 10 posts to the forum, and called a TD a scammer, or the dude who has a few hundred reviews (not all are positive).....

So, please tell us what exactly he was asking as payment instructions that alarmed you enough to scream "scam" ??

Remeber you're talking to a Chinese dude who often is using a translator to talk to you. Things can get lost in translation. A simple "I don't trust you, I don't want to pay using Paypal" can translate to something a little more offensive to the Chinese.
It's always best to keep it simple, and be polite and patient.
I have never, ever, through the years of talking to many dealers, ever had a bad word or insult thrown at me.
