With the back and forth discussions you and I have had I think it's safe to say you passed the sickness on to me. I am really enjoying the Tudor that made its way from your collection to mine and I'm looking forward to the next few builds.
The fun truly is in the hunt, I find myself cruising eBay, other forums and vintage watch sites for those bits and pieces that will set off future builds.
Thank YOU for sharing this obsession so I'm not alone haha. I truly think the movement is so fascinating. Even more so that they still runs amazingly well! I mean I have a 727 rolex caliber running COSC! In fact it's mostly +0 sec / day, with the periotic jump to 1 or 2 seconds and that's it! This speaks volume to their amazing quality.
Looking forward to seeing the 1675, will it have the same patina and are when are we going to get a look. The 1675 is my favourite, I'm always looking for improvements for mine.

I'm hoping to get the build completed by end of March. Definitely a long journey on this one as it is with all GMT builds. I think the order for superfrankens goes:
Difficulty: 6542, 6263, and 1675/1655.
Cost wise: 6263, 6542, and 1675/1655.
It's always the chronographs and the GMT that sucks up the most time and money!
