It's easy for people to say 'don't care what other people think' yes it's true but it's down to discretion especially at place of work where you're employed being monitored and meant to be judged by the mangers/senior staff. There was actually a whole thread about this topic. It's not about the guests and what random people think but what your boss/manager/senior staff might think of you. You work for a restaurant and so even if it was a gen, they would just treat you as a spoilt kid who doesn't really need to money or on the other hand, if they think is a rep because they have an idea about how much you might earn some might lose a bit of respect or judge before they even get to know you. You're only 19 and I don't think you need all that pressure. So my Opinion a gold AP , 44mm isn't a good idea and gen or rep wouldn't create a good impression. Outside of work you can wear whatever you please as in that scenario anyone should mind their own business ....
