I have no intention of suing or destroying your career. But, if the mods read this, I would not suggest they release you from the Brig, ever. If that happens, I guarantee there will be problems with future transactions as a buyer or seller, and likely on non-sales threads. If so, the mods/admins will have to deal with all the headaches and time associated with resolving those. Pretty sure no one that has participated or followed this Brig thread will want to have anything to do with you, whatsoever. Myself included.

FYI it is not illegal to own reps in USA. Mass importation for resale and profit, well that's another story and why our dealers are typically overseas.

Come on man, take it easy, I think you didnt read the hole post I did, I said and re-said that one person´s career shouldnt be scrwed for nothing and besides I think I read you have a family, so besides I was worried you are a pharmacist and handlle people´s medicines the issue of your exposure should be handlled with extreme caution and responsability, it is not aimed to play with peopl´s life, and I said this issue with the mail was a past action only ww discovered it now.
Dont worry about me, I live in the exact oppsoite side of the continent, no I am not a cop or judge or prosecutor or lawyer or whatever, no I dont want your id exposed, in fact I was going to post you should be return the watch you refunded, you were treated with all the weight of the law, very strictly, so it should be to you too.
I was worried only you could take revange like you wanted to take with the watch but with medication, allthough I never stated you were going to do it or did it.
I do have some secrets, but never ever scrwed anyone. But I understand you, you comited a mistake and personally I think you had what you deserved and payed your mistakes.

I hear you big guy, will you investigate me? Wanna come to my work or my house? Are you a police now? Or a judge? Wanna spread the hate over one mistake I did here in RWI? How many guys out there getting DUI and killing people? How many people dealing cocain and illegal drug to kill people?
if mods and admins here see fits they will notify the police (like one case I see that a guy verbally threaten others family), you have no right to say such things here to me sir.

And think he deserves a second chance. Everyone screws up. I was a young, dumb, kid once.. And people will do anything for an extra buck. Especially around this time. I strongly believe that he deserves a second chance, even convicted people have a second chance when they are released of prison after they did their time (if not are life time inmates of course) so why shouldnt he deserves a second chance? allthough and this could be a sugestion to other cases he could even be allowed to sell and buy but warning anyone who dares to deal with him, like something below his username or anything at his presentation he was at the brig once for trying to scam someone, he gets the chance to deal again but the other part gets a visible warning, maybe a flag or a permanent link to this thread, like the infractions but a permanent reminder. It may sound discriminatory but I really belive its better than banning or permanent ban from dealing or allowing to deal but no warning to distracted members.

I don´t know, I am speaking from my own experience, I remember when I was 17 and my father gave me a car, my father have always been a car collector and enthusiast, so am I as you can see at my avatar pic, so he gave me a car, a very fast one, you guys wont know the model because its not popular in us, so with all my inexperience and ingenuity and desperate wishes of racing it I went to hit the roads and test it, it was great...but it became a bad habit to speed every time I use the car, so one time I was with a friend going through an avenue, it was late, not many cars, the avenue is very broad so I started speeding really bad untill I had to hit the brake for a very slow BMW that decided to make a sudden turn, I had to avoid the collision so I steered the wheel and hitted the brakes, suddenly I was spinning in the midle of the avenue, I spinned half block and crossed the entire intersection with another broad avenue untill I stopped the other side the hand I was driving and the other side of the intersection, while spinning I really though I was going to rollover, really, my friend in the desperate to keep balance graved me of my shirt...when the car decided to stop after about a year of spinning I remember staying still there not knowing what to do just being gratefull I didnt hit that car, I didnt rollover and didnt go over the side walk since I literally stopped before going over, a cop aproached me, a federal cop...he made me step aside of the car and asked all my papers, he saw my pale face and after cheking all he said to me very seriously that driving wasnt about hitting the pedal, and freed me to go, that day I could have made an accident or lost my license for long years...he was the right cop to do that. what I am trying to express is we commit mitakes, but we need second chances, for the good of the system we need them, I had mine, I learned my lesson. There will be those who throw away not only the second, but a third and a fourth etc chance, some others not, we need to take chances on that, of course taking caution.

I think he got his lesson already as he seems anxious and worried about the result of what he did. IMHO we should let this this guy go but never buy or sell on here ever again. I just wish he never dragged the situation over a few hundred bucks. What's more worthy after all, trust, or some bucks?

This is Nuts. I just dont understand some people. I believe it also could constitute as mail fraud. Just saying.

It does and if any of the people involved wish to register a complaint we are more than happy to assist. It would not be the first successful conviction for mail fraud to originate here.

Yeah this $hit stain deserves to have his info revealed for all to see. I really do worry what he does with Pharmacy customers he thinks screwed him over. Reminds me of those doctors that water down Chemo treatments to make more money. Seems like this guy is like that.

Sorry, I was busy last couple days so I couldn't answer some of the claims here. Some of them were true and some were unreasonable IMO (you might be disagreed with them of course).
- I did send @netsub a dummy watch
- I did use haisenberg address --> I said sorry, I didn't think straight at that time. Like I said I was mad! whatever you called me
- I did scam netsub, I did what I did and I said sorry
Now, what I mean unreasonable is this:
- So I and everybody here including @Raddave and @netsub know from the beginning "I scammed the guy!" I admitted it! And @netsub expected me to send him the PAM 029 (half broken but not fully broken). I did ask him in case I really sent him the PAM 029, would he return it back to me after I refunded him? He didn't answer me that --> So @netsub and haisenberg make me confused at the definition of "scam", I have to refund your money, and you still want my watch? (which costs me $500)? Will the mods here make netsub return the watch to me if he gets his money back? I highly doubt it? @netsub made it clear from emails he sent me couple times that he expected the PAM 029 (he even thinks the watch working fine)) and expect his money back.
- second, I never ever scam strodda for fixing the watch. I swear to GOD it was broken. it is too long to tell the whole story again but this is the fact, he charged me $60 to fix a gear, and it came back broken (keyless problem).

You are an out and out scammer, what you did was criminal and in fact felonious but you just can't see that can you? I sincerely worry that you act in a capacity that could effect people's health and well being in substantial and material ways.

This is my last response. I think @trailboss99 has spoken his decision, which i think he always has a bias against me, and @Raddave couldn't get me out of the brig, even with my wish to just visit BK section. I understand, no second chance.
To @Hyjynx and others saying "you are sorry because you got caught", i seriously found it stupid. Is it the way how everything work in life (at least 99% of the time)? So the whole legal system was created to wait for criminals to step in and confess? Does this world become the church now? So what is the job of raddave and other mods here? I was going to try to get you released from the Brig , but you would have gone on a perm no sale status anyway.

But it seems Boss has spoken his mind , and i respect and back that decision, hes got alot more experience than me ...

BK is a good guy , but i dont really trust you any way, but being on a no sale would proclude you from his sales anyway....



Now on to the what is my job ?

to moderate the sales sections , and make it as safe as i possibly can , to filter and remove the harmful elements before they become a problem , and in this case after .


And as far as the confessing.....i already posted a picture of your house, which i removed because you did make amends, after the fact ...i have a picture of you too , which i will not post , unless you want me to ....so yeah, you did dodge a bullet by confessing .....


and as far as the church comment .......i know its hard for you to believe, even though in no saint, but ive never stolen or tried to steal anything in my life , ever ....

You are not a kid, but would like to be treated as one? Maybe you were dropped on your head as a kid? You really should seek some mental healthcare. What I will say however to mods and admin is that letting you remain here is no more than a slap on the wrist. What it amounts to is same as saying "just confess your crimes and you're good to go" That mindset lowers expectations, sets a dangerous precedent and makes a mockery of the rules in place. I've known members to get booted off this and sister forum for much less transgressions (you know what I'm talking about, TB99). Rules make sense only when applied evenly and dispassionately.

Allthough a lot of people had a second chance, I wouldn want to be the responsible of letting stay a future scammer if he relapse, but through my humble perspective he should be given a second chance with permanent ban of trading (he can buy from TD allthough), but I am just a noob and my perception is such.
I read his responses and seems like really.
After all [MENTION=13090]sgthuan[/MENTION] you really ****** it up, dont sourprise if other senior members or admins or mods dont want you here, its a possible reality, allthough the rep world wouldnt be finished for ever, you still have the td´s.
