Maybe he bought it with the proceeds of selling his Grand Father's Colt 1903.
No wonder the postal service have trouble finding him, 10 different addresses in 5 different states in 15 years. He has the poor US postal system running around trying to find him.

Considering the super-fast chargeback, I'm willing to bet this is an intentional scam. The other option is this guy might just be very stupid. Or maybe both

One day a year the TD's will offer free delivery and two for one on watches. And that day is only February 29th. Can only be used for three years because on the fourth year the TD's take that day off.
