Just to provide an update on my post above - Li had the watch repaired and I received it back around 2 weeks ago. Can confirm is running perfectly so far and is a fantastic rep. Would recommend Li and Jtime team. Only point to consider is the wait if the watch breaks! A
Are you still in business. I purchased a watch from you 2 months ago, and I have never received anything other than original confirmation and a tracking number for something going to New Jersey, instead of my address. Can you please let me know what I can do to get some info. I have sent 6 or 8 emails with no response. Please advise.
