what u think of yuki's seamaster 300 which runs a 2836-2?

Don't get it. This is the same SM300 rep that you can get from other dealers (e.g. PureTime, Hont, etc.) for less than $200. In fact, I wouldn't buy any of the fully-assembled watches from Yuki (like the Rolex 6263 or 6538), since they are exactly the same as the cartel reps but at a much higher price. These watches have no relation to the Yuki case sets, which are much more accurate and expensive.

As for my opinion on the cartel SM300: It looks a lot like the real thing when you look at it straight on, and the dial is pretty good. The problem is when you turn it on its side, and you can see that it's very different from the gen. Thin lugs and a tall bezel are defining features of the old SM300, and this rep unfortunately doesn't have them. Despite these flaws, I think it's a good watch for the price. Tommy has a nice one on mesh, and I think he likes it just fine!

My daily beater at the moment. Quartz UBoat Flightdeck. I love this one coz the bracelet feels good, and the size of this thing is really unique. Its a 46mm size, very unlike the common 50mm out there which is humongous.
