I read every post, but being me, could have missed this. If I want to have a Sea Dweller waterproofed, I can follow the instructions. I'm comfortable being inside the watch, removing the movement, etc.

My question is, rather than destroy the movement (possibly), would it make sense to remove the movement, seal the case and test it that way? Or will this change the geometry of how the case keeps water out, etc?
