For watch repair, lucky plaza would be a good start. Lots of repair shops there, whether they service replicas is another story. Pretty sure some of them do but the first shop I went to shot me down so I skipped out on the rest. (Turns out the owner was a former Rolex employee, friend didn't tell me till after [emoji35])

I don't think so, a lot of users are selling replica watches there and I don't see any of them getting banned.

If you do a search on replica watches, quite a number of them show up. I wouldn't buy them though, overpriced and of dubious origins.
