Anyone knows any watch smiths that can service a tourbillon watch in Singapore? Just a basic oiling+cleaning will do.

Tourbillon? Serviced in SG?
Why not send back to GZ?

More things to come.

What I had in mind was that I just want to service it in advance to clean it and oil it to extend its lifespan, sort of like preemptive maintenance!
Sending it back to GZ is only applicable for repairs.

The tourbillon a in reps are pretty reliable IMO. Most are made by seagull (all of them if I recall) they don't really need servicing. If they ever break, best bet would be to throw and get a new one. Repairing tourbillon a or oiling them still require dismantling, something which very very very few watchsmith a are able to do here. Even if they do, the cost would exceed a brand new piece

I asked the staff over at puretime if the tourbillon within the watch I purchased was a genuine seagull tourbillon and they replied saying that it was a high quality clone.

This was the main reason why I wanted to give it a servicing as it wasn't a genuine one. After reading your comment, I'll follow your advice and replace the watch if it breaks. Thanks for the help!

Why not ask whether PT can service for u in China. Just pay a small fee (definitely smaller than doing here or Europe)

After reading the numerous horror stories of watches being lost or broken after being sent for repairs, I would say that I'm not exactly keen to ship it for servicing unless it breaks. [emoji28]

If there isnt any issue, why service it? When it spoil, drop in a Swiss movement.

There's an user that advertise his watch repair service in carousell. Wonder if anyone contacted him or try him before?

He doesn't seem reliable, always getting his accounts banned and creating new ones to advertise again.

OK man. Think this is an open secret but anyhow....
For simple fixes such as changing of crystal, re - installation of hands, swapping out simple movements and etc, you guys can try (at your own risk) House of Times at the basement of Lucky Plaza.
I reckon it is better than bringing it to someone unknown and who has no shop front.
Good luck guys. :)

I don't think so, a lot of users are selling replica watches there and I don't see any of them getting banned.
