I do believe we have a system here where uncertified (newer ?) members cannot sell, perhaps there should be a requirement for buying too, something along the lines that at very least they have to electronically sign to confirm that they read the Noobie Stickies and advice that was given to them when they joined.

ok, another post that shows you know nothing about RWI. It states "do not accept unsolicited offers". It doesn't state "from this member". It's a clear warning to newbies like you not to accept such offers, because that's what scammers do. Unfortunately scammer are also hunting here at RWI. BTW: you can change that in your settings.

There's another badge that says "DO NOT TRADE WITH ME" and if I were Lucy, I'd probably give it to you.

Clearly tho, if the staff policies followed your twaddle statement above then mods to which you refer didn't do a very good job, I used to moderate on a car forum, and I would have deleted your gibberish nonsense and your membership right off the bat !!

This forum has a much better policy regarding nonsense posts, they leave it there forever, for everyone who reads it to see what an absolute sphincter the poster of the aforementioned gibberish really is

I have been a member of a lot of different forums and am pretty clued into "forum behavior". This doesn t seem like a good fit . If you want Trusted Vendor to mean anything ..you have accept both positive and negative feedback . And not attack people that post and define them as of limited value . ( Or throw out unnecessary participation hurdles . ) That was a new one for me . I tried hard to explain my frustration was only in understanding the process and getting timely and clear communications .
