While I completely understand the risk that customs may take a shipment ....I don t accept the lack of response from Lucy . My order was produced and shipped to the USA and received at end of July . It went to customs and has never come out to be handled by USPS . Assumed that Lucy knows what she is doing in shipping replica watches . I asked her what should I expect . Do I just lose my payment ...is this an acceptable practice when buying a replica . NO RESPONSE IS UNACCEPTABLE . I am open to suggestions .
Hi Roger,

Friend,I know your package was checked by the customs this time, usually, when this situation happened,
my post man will let me wait first,he will try to use his method to let the customs release the packages or return the packages back,
then resend it out, sometime he succeeds, but sometime he can't,but it need time indeed,

because he always told me he have chance to get the packages back or let the customs release them out,
so I have to wait his news to confirm it first, until this Monday,he told me he failed,so I reordered all these watches a few days ago at once,
as for the detailed situation,I will post a new thread to explain the situation today too,
real sorry for reply you late to let you worried,

in fact, this time,I have 4 packages to USA were seized,I am very sad and depressed too,
I lost a lot of money,I did too many work on them also, now,I need do all these work again,

total 6 watches, they are 2 Daytona from Clean,1 PAM from VSF,1 GMT II from Clean,1 GMT II from C+,1 DJ from VSF,

I am waiting VSF release their next batch of watches now,so I can get your second new PAM soon,
after I get it,I will take QC pics of it for you again,QC and test, clean dust, adjust the movement again,
test it again before resend it out,I will do the same work on the second one for you,the same,I will do these work for other customers also.

Regards
Lucy

I have bought watches from Lucy over several years. I have received all of them. In fact I just ordered and paid for another one just today. Lucy is a trusted dealer here and has a long standing reputation in this industry. I would order from her with peace of mind

Let´s hope then that not all your customers are like good old Roger here.
And I think you are really honarable in substituting seized watches! (y)
Do you trust someone you don t know and doesn t respond to your emails . Timely communications goes a long way to building trust . I had zero action on this problem (and I did not request anything ) until I posted here . AS to censorship ....slights such as above are intended to make one feel unwelcome . When they are made by a moderator or a trusted long time member ..what would you think ? How dare a new guy complain about being left in the dark . Set me straight if I don t understand common practices but keep the nasty comments out of these threads . I will give an update in a separate post.

How is your post censored? It's still up, anyone can read it right?

The issue most members take with this kind of post is it's made by members who only complain. What else have you bought to the community? Any comments or reviews on replica watches? Sharing info about watches you love, rep or gen? No. You have only come to complain and get some resolution for your problem.

It rubs people the wrong way. You have only come to the community when you had a problem or an issue for the moderators/forum to resolve. You didn't see or feel the need to contribute anyway to the discussion of replica posts before hand right?

Yes, community members who have been around longer and contributed more get more respect. But they also rarely make these kind of posts because they understand that the way to do this is to first try and resolve with the dealer, then use the helpdesk, then finally once the saga is over, to make a review.

In fact, you've proven my point. You've only come back to the forum after a few months to complain more. Did you post anything about watches or participate in the community?

Happy update Lucy reordered the watch and it made it to the USA . In the end all good . I was aware the process could be complicated ,long and frustrating when problems occur . I am sorry Lucy lost watches to customs . She stood behind her offer to send a new watch (which I never asked her for or expected ) . I hope to repay her by ordering several more watches before Christmas . I am all in standing behind small businesses and appreciate how hard it is to run one . She does an excellent job and earned her trusted vendor designation .

Despite what we come off as, we are happy you got a good resolution. Noone here wishes anybody gets a broken replica/bad experience. As with most TDs they are trustworthy and reliable despite hiccups. Otherwise they wouldn't be here.

I hope you can become a particpating member of this community and contribute more than just this experience.

That's all I will say and I'm.out.

When you jump on a newbie right out of the box .... reduces their desire to put up with this forum . Let me be clear ....I posted to create some pressure to respond to my emails . I don t expect as the customer to have to send more than two emails and wait 3-4 days for simple response . I only asked "what now ..can we do anything " . What is this standard of needing to contribute before asking for help ..are you kidding ?+ "Oh first post and right out he box has a problem " . Should you post a dozen "do you like my replica watch posts first" . The only help I wanted was to get Lucy s attention and its worked ..got an immediate reply . The value of this thread to the forum is highlighting the importance of timely communication ..especially in light of a watch lost in transit . I mean come on it was 6 weeks since customs seized the watches . Want to be a trusted vendor ..."do better" . Want people to join your forum help them get started . Want to be a moderator ....moderate don t participate ...forums don t require your opinions ..just your keeping threads clear of nonsense. Want to reply learn to be polite and helpful . Lucy and I are are good terms and I will continue to buy thru her . That should be a good outcome for everybody .

Missed a point ... I never said a word about Lucy s integrity . I said her communications on a problem were very poor . I am not concerned in slightest about taking a $500 loss if thats the standard practice . I really wanted to know if we had to order and pay for another watch . This was a test watch to see if I would order another 4-5 . But there had to be a standard or accepted way of handling a lost watch . This is what I asked Lucy for for twice in emails . Watch shows up in customs and doesn t move ...wait 6 weeks . It was months from my initial order and I wanted to get on with it . Tomorrow I will order my 2nd watch thru Lucy .

Thank You ...Not likely as I have been snidely labeled as "do accept unsolicited offers from this member " . Before that I think it was "unknown newbie " or something like that . I have been a member of a lot of different forums and am pretty clued into "forum behavior". This doesn t seem like a good fit . If you want Trusted Vendor to mean anything ..you have accept both positive and negative feedback . And not attack people that post and define them as of limited value . ( Or throw out unnecessary participation hurdles . ) That was a new one for me . I tried hard to explain my frustration was only in understanding the process and getting timely and clear communications .
