Yep. Looking forward to seeing the images and video on the TD site... And perhaps some legendary @YellowFin macro shots in the not-too-distant future.

Will buy. Haven’t ordered a Sea Dweller since 2018, and my ARF is showing its age.

Question from a noob: why is this movement so famous and why to modders?
Probably since it's a 1:1 and can take genuine parts. Some prefer the VR or VS though since there isn't the biggest selection of 3235 parts available should your VS movement crap out.

North.
What would be the easiest way to make sure I don't miss a TD offering this up for pre-sales / release?

I wonder if they'll improve the dial on this version. The XF is too black and not gradient enough in sunlight.

It would be great if they improve the cyclops, too!

NWBIG if those things are done and nothing else is undone in the process.

Thanks for sharing these pics mate. Same serial number series, which makes sense. I can't really see any other difference, but obviously the hands will be different and the dial modified to fit the 3235 movement. Cyclops appears to be the same. So the main benefit is the movement and option to drop a gen dial, hands and DW straight on.

I have an XF but don't see a point in upgrade if you don't care for clone movements. That and the SELs here in these pictures look like dog poop compared to the XF. Hopefully those get better with time.

1. Winding is much, much smoother on the VS Clone Movement. (Manual feeling)
2. No other Point;)

The XF is great.

Regarding the SELs: Seadweller does have SELs like this, not fitting, they are higher than on the Sub AFAIK.
