Here’s my Franken VSF, finally completed.

7five7 Your Franken looks great. Which mods did you think was most worthwhile and least worthwhile?

Besides all the gen parts, it was serviced and installed VR top plate for the movement because the numbers were not centering properly with the dial window

Yeah lol those zzf crown guards are awful.

no. and i own zzf and vsf

I know my ZZF v2 has a bit dull color on the bezel numbers in dark lightning. Is it the same issue with VSF?

I´ve had ZF, ZZF, VSF and the VSF is the better engraving on bezel numbers I´ve seen , very close to gen and not dull at all. But that´s just me.

Didn't zzf v2s also come with inaccurate teeths on the bezel? I remember reading about this somewhere.

3135 and 3235 are movements made by Rolex.

Rolex uses 3135 on 116610LN. And 3235 on 126610LN.

VSF copied both 3135 and 3235 movements but they do not use 3235 clone in 116610LN rep. That would be inaccurate to gen Rolex.

Some of the pics I’ve seen on this thread and others look practically flawless! Is there quite a broad quality range? Meaning despite how good all the VSF’s are that I’ve seen on here, mine could be a dog?

Nah I have the older batch and it's amazing. You will love it.

On a different note. Has it been stated if the insert numbers are painted or plated. I’ve seen it said both ways. Chazing has it as platinum plated.
