Is it me or my crystal look horrible? I mean the cyclops... look cheap.
The alignment of the first R on the rehaut at the 1 minute marker isn't fixed on this one.. Is it the first batches??

Date sitting low in window and cyclops offset as a result. I’d ask for another as it doesn’t look great at all!

Got my QC today and R isnt fixxed on my LN but to be honest i dont care lol never cared about the rehaut because its hard to see anyway.
1. Looks like a fake crystal.
2. There is no second batch, just awful tolerances and no QC at VSF. Accept their rehaut as a signature feature.

If you mean "perfection" as Gen? They have also a lot of issues if you can get them waiting list and stuff.

That QC pic looks fine. The angle of the photo misleads on the cyclops position.
The DW seems perfectly fine.
I would recommend asking for more photos, but it is ridiculous to reject a perfectly good replica.
Also, we can only post QC pics of already accepted watches.

In here, I would say - "Don't judge a watch by it's QC pic".
What you see in that light won't be what you see in real life.
I guess that someone with experience already knows that.
Not a submariner, but a Yachtmaster 42, from VSF.
QC pic vs picture at home.
The only "issue" with these rolex VSF releases (also noticeable on the Yachtmaster) is the rehaut.
And, for me, that's not even a real issue. No one will notice that, unless they are a nerd like us and take the watch up for close inspection.
QC pics serves to inspect the watch for big flaws (a scratch, huge sel gaps, a crooked dial, and so on)...
I can't see a big flaw on that submariner QC pic above.
Not the best light, not the best angle. You have more pictures to see better.

It's a good example of a VSF submariner. I would accept that without any doubt (even if the cyclops is not well aligned, that is easy to fix).

Well I accepted the watch. Let's see once received.
Ive asked this question on another thread, anyone able to comment on the lume colour on hands vs dial? Ie first photos / reviews I read people said VSF beat the ZZF in all ways other than the hands on the VSF didn’t match the dial lume (ie one was bright ice white and the dial a more cream or vice versa).

Thanks for this. Did your watchmaker happen to say why it's still recommended to change the reversing wheels? Is it because they're painted and may flake, or some other reason?
