I do this on occasion bro. I put 3 lengths of 3M double stick tape spanning 7-8 minute tics on the dial at 2, 6 and 10 oclock. It won't come off by itself if the application was clean and solid and it's not repeatedly exposed to water. Which leads to removal - use a soapy water solution on an artist's brush under a water stream (at 6 and 10) and it loosens up enough to get a thin pry tool under the insert at the crystal side. I start with plastic, like a collar stay and jab it into the tape strip while working it along the circle. You can even shorten the strip at 10 for example to only 4 minute tics to make removal easier.I need to come up with a non fussy way to remove and adhere inserts....then I could have the blue and black insert whenever I want. @KJ2020 , and ideas?
Obviously don't want to have remove the bezel and compromise hyrtel ring every time.
Might be limited to just use a few pieces of double sided dial dots. But of course increases potential for the insert to fall out, ceramic can shatter from a fall. Then to remove the insert for a swap, 3M black double sided mounting tape, I use this often to stick and pull inserts out.
Anyone know if these inserts on VSF are pressure fit, glue, or adhesive rings?

Ofc this all hinges on the insert not being press fit, which to date VSF's are. So this may all be a moot point except when applied to other factory's reps.
