On second thoughts, the way VSF are churning them out, I may wait for this one...
I've been salivating on this watch as soon as I saw that blue and gold combo. Plus 44mm. If it was 47mm. I'd probably just jump on it quicker. People fret about the gold plate, but seriously, I have so many other watches, it's not like it's going to wear out very quick. Soooo tempted.

I guess if the original is made of alloy, the vast majority of which is gold, then obviously the rep won't weigh that much. This is a disadvantage of any rep of precious metals.

I think it is a very pretty piece. But movement is wrong. Rep has a P9000 rotulated as P9010 but with balance wheel at @7. Original has P9010 with balance wheel at@11.
For me that is an important fail. The same as the new 968.

Guys getting this close Bro will call you out on the weigh & strap long before they spot the BW.
Sure you are right mate. But like it or not, on the ALE list neither of them could qualify as Superrep.
The same happened with the 312. Until they did not put the BW in the correct position and the date change like the gen, the watch was not a good buy, in my opinion.
I can't talk about the weight because I haven't had it in my hands. Neither of the strap, but if this is the same as the 312 or the 438, its quality is acceptable until you put it next to an original.
Although that, again in my humble opinion, is a minor issue.
I am not sure if it is very difficult or not to make a cloned P9010 movement like they did with the P9000. But I am sure that will sooner or later. Or not. Who knows. Pam 382 had a cloned movement, 671 did not.
At the moment, for me, it is a watch (in its ss version, 1313, because I dare not wear a gold watch) that requires some time to pass until those bugs are corrected.
