They did not mention. The only information is blue balance spring, and the movement they compared against looks very similar to the VR3135.

Isn't there enough Hulks about already lol.
Never got the appeal of the hulk other than its SS Model and people don't want to be called out on the Smurf.
I really hope they don't do the Sunburst Smurf.
