Time for me to dig in this NoDate. I guess I've been lucky to get one from the 1rst batch, known be an very well made serie. Let's get graphic boys, some here will have better technical words than me to describe it, so it's gonna be PIC HEAVY.
All I can say is that to me this is without a doubt the best OOTB Nodate so far. Not only that watch head looks good and is as close to gen as one can get, but on top of that the build quality is really a step above the others : the crown and caseback screw in smooth and everything feels really solid, flaming lume, even the springbars are good for once!
The 3130 sets like butter and shows a healthy heart on the timegrapher. Very good performances in up/down position, of course runs a bit faster in vertical but those are very good results to me.
The down point here remains the bracelet. It looks good, SELs are all right, but it feels a bit "toyish". Getting an ultrasonic cleaning and a good ol' Muc-off bath as we speak. Definitely not coming from the same workshop.
So, to me VSF showed here their skills in replica watchmaking, definitely a hit with this 1rst No Date batch. Now I consider myself lucky, as as we saw many times the other batches may not be as good as this one.
