VSF Hulk Submariner 116610LV Sneak Preview

Mine arrived last night. In love. Does not have the same "black" effect as the ZZF dial but the green bezel is a big upgrade vs. ZZFv2s in my opinion

So we need to know if the bezel insert on the zzf v3 is indeed the same one as on this vsf

Now that I’ve had some time and opportunity with this there are two things I’ll mention. Winding this watch, it’s one of the smoothest I’ve ever owned. The other thing I’ll say again because I’ve had some additional wrist time with it. The bracelet is very comfortable out of the box. No treatment necessary.
‘I’m keeping an eye on the next batches of VSF LN’s and I may just pick up one as a spare.

Zzf, zf and vsf insert look the same at first glance. Will try to compare them tomorrow so ppl can judge.

lol.. me too... I just GL'd the QC of my new spare one today.. I'm going to keep it in in my collection stickers on..even though I have a genuine LN..

I bought an RXF a month or two ago. I’m happy with it The one thing I wish were better was the low level light readability of the bezel. It looks better on the VSF.

Got my hulk today and holyshit my favorite atm.

As shown here the rehault is fixed on the latest batches. No one can complain about this R. It looks good enough and in real life these are so tiny you cant even see it. This issue can be put to rest.

Regarding the hands they are good enough for me. No issues with that at all.

Because somebody asked the Gen had indeed a batch with a blue hue cyclops:

That one has a blue tint + is the gen they used (productionwise). So maybe VSF just copied also the blue hue on the cyclops + hands are the same in that video...

Hey guys I am not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the LNs bracelet and this one are NOT the same bracelets. I just took them both of as they feel a bit different.

The engravings are different, LNs looks better.
The quick adjust mechanism in the Hulk uses plastic sliders compared to the LNs metal.
The LV feels in one side very hard to put back on the case for some reason... LN goes nicely back in both sides.
Crowns on the claps are different... the balls on the tips of the crown are a bit bigger on the LNs, the LVs is a bit shinier.


I think the LN clasp is of better quality, but I am a noob and never held one of this in gen to really know. The engravings are much nicer on the LNs.

All ar whether will have a tint of blue or green (could be faint), but it is there as a side effect of the process. You can read about what ar is on google. So its not an indication of something being a rep.

I just approved two VSF Hulks. Rehaults still slightly off, but damn this is still a fine rep. The fat hour hand bothers me more than the rehault.

Here’s the VSF Hulk clasp coronet from my QC vs my gen. The Hulk is pretty damn close for a $500 watch boys.

I have suspected there’s inconsistencies with bracelets for a while. I’ll confirm when my 2nd VSF arrives.
