The bracelet is apparently not weightedthis may be the greatest release in history :O the movement alone is bang bang the pvd coating makes it a forever item and the movement again is.. just
my god. i need to start saving up for this
The Oysterflex strap is not any heavier on GenThe bracelet is apparently not weighted
Not even sure stock QF is platedso, the steel qf case is 904L weighted with a white gold plate, and these are weighted then pvd, so no white gold plate?
I agree on the QF. Several sellers have said it's not plated, it's just tungsten mixed with steel. I'm inclined to think that's right given the look. Not even sure stock QF is plated
Hard to say about this VS if it's plated. I lean no but we need photos
That's why I said bracelet. The metal oneThe Oysterflex strap is not any heavier on Gen

It can’t, not even full tungstenNot sure bout the weight of the 126506 could be compared to gen since gen weight is a whooping 264gr
A 116506 is 280g is the 12 series really that much lighter? It can’t, not even full tungsten
I can only speak about the 116 but take into account the bunch of solid platinum out with the crystal caseback.A 116506 is 280g is the 12 series really that much lighter?
It's lighter due to the sapphire back instead of full ptA 116506 is 280g is the 12 series really that much lighter?
Steel coated tungsten? Without any PVD or plating? Interesting choice by VSF. Makes me more interested to go clean now or custom route.I asked CTime about the VS and they told me it’s steel as usual. So no white gold plating or PVD
Well, imho, the biggest thing is that the watch should be white gold not steel. So plating it in white gold. Everything else really is fine stock.FUCKK, i JUST REALIZED this cracked screen just made me look slow & dysfunctional!
Broke my phone yesterday & it isn't responding to normal haptics & my internet connection is pathetic atm, so sorry about the multiple reposts. @mods please remove the comment above this one.
I apologize for inadvertently misfiring
To sum this up, I got this on a whim. Not the "gold model" everyone has been talking about this whole thread, but the "white gold" black stick dial. The watch I orignally wanted, wasn't extemely sourceable (after 2 decided QCs). Seen this just hit the market, was weighted, & an updated model of their first weighted daytona. Movement is kind of iffy from what I've read (please let me know if you any of you have longterm experience with the VS4131 - timegrapher posted below) ..
BUT, GOT QC this morning

Idc about "potential" dust, the movement is being serviced before it ever touches my wrist. Haven't done super homework on their last model, but can you guys tell me what you think about QC? Ordered 4 products in the order, all have been accepted, so not asking for help with QC I'm asking for things that I should "fix" that will make it admirable amongst the communities experts here (ie. glass, hands, bezel, dial- hope not, lol). I know it's all relative, but I'm trying to learn at my own (novice to a lot of you) level.
Thanks for the opinion bro,Well, imho, the biggest thing is that the watch should be white gold not steel. So plating it in white gold. Everything else really is fine stock.
