Vsf 2018 seamaster diver 300m

I live in a 3rd world country when it comes to watches. Our one and only AD has received 1 black and 1 blue on a bracelet for 2 of their stores, one in our capitol and one in my city. No rubber strap versions, no 2 tones, nothing. The price is 4500€. There's no way they would get the watch from their other store to my local store. They just don't do that.

They cover most big brands and we get all the new releases 6 months after every other country. They still haven't received the 2018 released Longines Hydroconquest, they got the new G-shock Rangeman a month ago,... And those prices..man..the Rangeman is 799€ MSRP on Casio Europe website. It's 965€ where I live.

So no, they can't get me another, or another bracelet. And I don't care, because they treat you like shit anyway.

I've changed my focus to other watches and I'll get one in a city not so far away in Austria.

I bought the blue rubber strap from DH Gate: https://www.dhgate.com/product/20mm-watch-strap-bands-man-blue-black-waterproof/444120910.html It isn't bad quality (though the buckle seems like it was half-done - grind marks still on it), but I had a bear of a time trying to get it to fit. After some ham-handed mods, I got it on, but the fit was pretty terrible, mostly due to my impatience in modifying, so I went back to the blue with white stitching rubber I posted after I first got it. I reckon one day I'll suck it up and buy either the bracelet or the rubber from a TD....

the bracelet is still wrong, no matter v1 or v2 (i guess he was referring to just the watch "head".
The one in the pic is the old SMP bracelet (2012 - 2018) which vsf mounted on the new release. after the batch was sold, vsf upgraded to the correct one for the 2018 model (less rounded and bigger central part of the link)

It is V2! Solid EndLinks are flush with case.

But who cares! Do you like it? Does it look like Gen? Yes and Yes? Go for it?! The watch looks AMAZING!

nunu78 That's definitely the old bracelet. Maybe they’re trying to pass the OMF version on you? Or maybe VSF ran out of bracelets.. I'd refuse this one, it's not what you paid for. They should try harder...

Guys,
Both, v1 and v2 have the same SEL - female SEL meaning the connecting segments go into the SEL.
This is a diference versus 2012 bracelet and its male SEL (connecting segments sticking out of the SEL)

The easiest way to tell the "v" of the bracelet is;
i. check the width of the polished elements (v1 has wider)
ii. check the width of the central section (v2 is wider)

The first batch of VSF was clear - v1 head and v1 bracelet,
The latest batch is clear too - v2 head and v2 bracelet, this is the most gen like rep, it is absolutely fvcking accurate.
Somewhere in the middle, VSF had released a transitional (lol) batch - v2 head but v1 bracelet. Something what we should call v 1.5
